Her weight is now 63.65 kilograms = 10.0231593 stone = 140.32423 pounds. Her waist is currently 28.5 inches. Matthew explains that they have been juicing lots of fruits as well as vegetables. The fruit sugars will convert to fat if not used up doing exercise or physical activity.
